Stromausfall
Changsha ist in China schon eine weit entwickelte Stadt. Allerdings kommt es ab und zu doch zu einem Stromausfall. Bisher saβen wir ca. fϋnf Mal ohne Strom da. Die Ausfälle dauern allerdings nie sehr lange. Nach 10 min ist normalweise das Problem behoben.
